Planning on getting wet while on the ‘wet’ coast? Whether you are a local diver, or a visitor to southern Vancouver Island, the Dive Scuba Steve app has the information a diver needs to find the best dive spots in the Victoria area.
Features of the app:
Dive Site Maps - Site maps contain an overall profile of the site and a description of two dives. As well, there are descriptions of possible hazards unique to each site, links to tide tables, and driving directions.
Sea Life Identification - Photos and descriptions of some of the most common sea life to be found in this area.
Links to tide and current information.
Local web cams and a couple of fun web cams not in this area.
Currently the app lists the most popular dive sites in the Victoria area, but future releases will include more dive sites and sea life found on Vancouver Island.
